Premium Wedding Services

Once you get engaged you are bombarded with information from picking a venue, planning the color combination, selecting the bridal party, picking the date, and of course everyone selling so hard to you that you lose track of what it is you want and end up choosing packages and settling for the “wants” they give to you.

My goal is to make every bride and groom feel relaxed and comfortable with the process of choosing a wedding cake.  You are welcome to bring photographs and media and your every dream into my home nestled quietly in the woods of Upper Black Eddy (or you can select to have me come to you and enjoy a consult in Pajamas if you’d like).  I will happily bake small samples of up to three cake flavor and filling selections with your choice of buttercream or fresh rolled fondant icing.  I have many different books, recipes, and resources in which to design the perfect cake.  I am here to make sure the very  last worry you have is over the most coveted part of your big day. In short I promise to provide you with whatever cake dreams you may have.

I do deliver  and set up on the day of the event.  No need to worry about a “cake dropoff.”  I will coordinate with your event coordinator and reception hall planners in order to smoothly set the cake up before your guests arrive..  I am willing to travel throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York City, Maryland, and parts of New York, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

I offer designs in both buttercream and fondant as well as tiered cakes, cupcake cakes and even dummy cakes with a paired sheet cake for convenient serving.

  Call (570)594-7869  or email me for  pricing and information.  Please allow at least two weeks for an order.  When preparing for an appointment please remember I will need the names, numbers, and addresses of your floral designer (if applicable), Event host (along with a contact person),  and wedding planner.  I will also need to know you colors, the amount of guests you wish to order for, and the approximate time of your reception.

EMERGENCY CAKE NEEDS? I can accommodate and emergency cake need within the area within 24 hours notice for an additional charge.  I understand that sometimes mistakes happen and I will happily try to accommodate and keep a disaster from striking.  Cakes for emergency orders are limited to basic sheets or a two tiered cake without filling and basic decor.

The Dessert Table

Not every person that attends your wedding wants to or is able to eat cake as their dessert choice.  Why settle for the caterers thrown together mis-mash of desserts that you are limited to a few options for the spread.  I offer anything from cheesecake lollipops, premium chocolates and truffles, petite fours (mini cakes and pastries), chocolate dipped strawberries, premium cookies, and SO MUCH MORE.

All desserts will be presented on matching serving trays around the wedding cake or if you would like on serving trays for the waitstaff to present the the customers as they are served.

 

 

 

PACKAGE DISCOUNT:

If you get a photography package from Amy Schuler Photography and/or your receptions beer kegs from Purple Healer Brewing Company LLC  I will give you a 10% discount on your cake or wedding dessert order for each service completely order through totaling 20% off if you use both for your wedding or party.

Wedding Favors

Although I do not have any set menu items for favors, I am able to provide you with custom chocolates, decorated sugar cookies, mini pastries, Cake pops and more all wrapped just the way you want and delivered and placed on the tables the day of the reception.  You do not need to stress yourself over small tags and ribbon before your big day.  Delivery is complimentary with a cake or catered dessert and pricing is by piece and on an as needed basis.
